What We Built
AI Context Keeper started as a fix for our own workflow. A way to organize our knowledge once and share it with any AI tool instantly — no re-uploading, no re-explaining, no copy-paste marathons.
Then we realized: everyone working seriously with AI has this problem. Marketers, consultants, founders, sales leaders — anyone whose daily output depends on AI getting the context right. So we built it for all of them.

Hi, I'm Nathan.
Based in Ohio. Lifelong drummer. Occasionally draws things that aren't wireframes.
I'm a Director of Marketing with 16+ years of experience across agencies, web development, graphic design, and marketing automation. I've built marketing programs from scratch, managed teams, and worked across more industries than I can count — from B2B manufacturing to local businesses to national brands.
The short version of why I built this
I use AI every day to lead my marketing team. Claude for strategy and deep writing. ChatGPT for brainstorming. Perplexity for research. And I run local models through GPT4All for quick drafts and tasks that don't need a premium model's full power. That tiered setup lets me leverage the strengths of different AI tools and save money where it makes sense — but it created a new problem.
None of my tools had the same context. Each one held a different, incomplete snapshot of my work — and none of them reflected the current state of everything I was doing. Depending on the task, I might use two or three different tools in a given day — and each one needed the same context re-explained from scratch.
I built AI Context Keeper to fix it for myself first. One knowledge base that works with every model I use — cloud or local, paid or free. The same share link I paste into Claude works identically with my local Llama model. It turned my scattered multi-tool workflow into a system where knowledge actually compounds.
It worked so well that I realized every professional grinding through the same daily re-explain deserved access to it too.
What I believe
You shouldn't need to be an engineer to get the most out of AI. And you shouldn't be forced into the walled garden of any single AI platform just to keep your context intact.
The best AI tool for the job changes — sometimes it's Claude, sometimes it's ChatGPT, sometimes it's a local model on your laptop. Your knowledge shouldn't be trapped behind the walls of whichever tool you happened to use last. You should have the freedom to use the best tool available at any time, and your context should follow you.
That's what I'm building AI Context Keeper to be — the layer that gives professionals that freedom.
Where this is headed
I don't have a grand ten-year vision statement. I have a simple goal: make AI Context Keeper so effortless that managing your knowledge across AI tools stops feeling like work — and starts feeling like something that just happens. If I can do that while keeping it open to every AI tool out there, I've built something worth building.
Built from real workflow pain
This wasn't a startup idea from a whiteboard. It came from the tenth time I re-uploaded the same brand guidelines into a new AI conversation and thought "there has to be a better way."
Tested with a real team
My marketing team uses ACK daily. The features exist because we needed them — not because they sounded good on a roadmap.
Bootstrapped and independent
No VC funding. No investor pressure. I built this with my own time and resources because I believe in the product. That means every decision is about making it better for users, not hitting growth targets for a board.
